Rights

On March 6, 2010, permission was granted for the LMA:

"greetings,

i am a member of the band Free Four, and would like to add our band to the live music archive. i read in the FAQs that i just needed to contact you, ask you to set up a new section, and let you know that we give our permission to tape and post our live shows. is there anything else i need to go get our section set up?

we do give permission for people to record and trade our shows, as long as no money changes hands. and i do give permission for you to archive Free Four live shows for public download and noncommercial, royalty-free circulation.

and i would, at least for now, like to limit live music submissions for the band to just myself. if/when that changes, do i just send you another email? apologies for so many questions, just want to make sure i'm covering all the bases.

also wanted to say thank you for all that you do - i've been visiting the archive for quite a while, and it's just amazing!! if there's anything else you need from me, please let me know.

all the best,
mike "
